Education
I am a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University where I majored in Spanish and Linguistics. December 2009 I graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina, with a Master of Divinity (M.Div) in biblical languages. My desire was to attend seminary so that I might love the Lord my God with all my heart, soul and mind more and more. Though I’ve graduated, that pursuit continues.
Right now my family and I are applying to work with Wycliffe Bible Translators. Next up for education will likely be a masters in Applied Linguistics in order to complete the requirements for Wycliffe; that might mean moving to Dallas. It is my desire to be a career Bible translator in whatever capacity I can best serve the church and fulfill the great commission.
Interests
My interests lie in biblical languages, Semitics, Bible translation, and linguistics. I also do a small amount of web development and hosting at very competetive prices. Email if you think I can help you out.
